Robert Meldrum’s Art Practice incorporates both painting, sculpture, photography and installation.
Robert Meldrum’s Art Practice incorporates both painting, sculpture, photography and installation. It should be noted the photographic works are physically built and are not A.I. or photoshop creations. Themes in the work, sometimes overt, other times embedded, vary from painting sharply in tones that are occasionally very glib but never cynical. The output is unified by a singular approach to colour and line, forming a composite portrait of natural and industrial landscapes, games and communication systems and the constant blurring of lines between the two.
